With the matchday 11 victory, Boca Juniors reached 17 points in the Group A standings and are now tied for the lead with Unión, Estudiantes, and Barracas Central. At La Bombonera, Boca grabbed an early lead with a double from Milton Giménez in the 7th and 24th minutes and a tally from Ayrton Costa in the 32nd. Boca completed the rout with two second half goals from Brian Aguirre and Lautaro Blanco in the 50th and 59th minutes, respectively.
