Sandvik's Q3 core profit falls more than expected

STOCKHOLM, Oct 20 (Reuters) – Swedish metal-cutting and mining equipment maker Sandvik reported a larger-than-expected fall in third-quarter core profit on Monday, but said demand for its mining and software solutions had been strong in the period.
