REFILE-India's September wholesale price inflation eases to 0.13% y/y

(Corrects to add dropped word "to" in headline and paragraph 1) NEW DELHI, Oct 14 (Reuters) – India's wholesale price inflation in September eased to 0.13% year-on-year, from a 0.52% rise in the previous month, government data showed on Tuesday.
