North Korea's Kim to Xi: to develop China ties no matter how global order changes, KCNA says

SEOUL, Oct 1 (Reuters) – North Korean leader Kim Jong Un told Chinese President Xi Jin Ping his country would steadily develop ties with China "no matter how the international situation may change" in a message sent on China's national foundation day on Wednesday, state media reported.
