Oct 3 (Reuters) – The International Monetary Fund's Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva said the Senegalese authorities had made important progress in addressing the country's misreporting case, according to a statement issued on Friday. "I welcome Senegal's official request for a new IMF-supported program, which demonstrates the authorities' strong determination to advance their economic reform agenda," Georgieva said.
