Oct 7 (Reuters) – The International Monetary Fund said on Tuesday it has reached a staff-level agreement with Papua New Guinea on reviews of some of its facilities, potentially giving the country access to about $220 million in financing. This would bring the total IMF financial support disbursed so far under these arrangements to Papua New Guinea to about $853 million, the IMF said.
