ZURICH, Oct 20 (Reuters) – Holcim has agreed a 1.85 billion euro ($2.16 billion) deal to buy German walling systems maker Xella, the building materials company said on Monday. Based in Duisburg, Germany, Xella has more than 4,000 employees, and is present in 21 of Europe’s most attractive markets, Holcim said.
