BEIJING, Oct 9 (Reuters) – China recorded total spending of 809 billion yuan ($113.52 billion) during the Golden Week holiday that celebrated the mid-autumn festival as well as the country's national day, the culture and tourism ministry said on Thursday. The ministry also reported 888 million trips were made during the eight-day holiday period that ended on Wednesday.
