CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher as Scotiabank reports robust earnings

Dec 2 (Reuters) – Canada's main stock index opened higher on Tuesday as investors welcomed strong quarterly results from Bank of Nova Scotia, which kicked off the earnings season for domestic banks.
