Asked about potential Ghislaine Maxwell pardon, Trump says he will talk to DOJ

WASHINGTON, Oct 6 (Reuters) – U.S. President Donald Trump, asked on Monday whether he would consider a pardon for Ghislaine Maxwell, said he would have to speak to the Department of Justice. Earlier on Monday the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear Maxwell's bid to overturn her conviction for helping the late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein sexually abuse teenage girls.
