VARIOUS (2) REPLAYS OF SVANCER STICKING THE LANDING ON ONE SKI STORY: Austrian freeskier Matej Svancer lost one of his skis while going off a ramp and still managed to complete three rotations and stick the landing on just one ski. Svancer made the unlikely move while competing in the slopestyle event at the Laax Open 2026 in Switzerland, part of the Freeski World Cup. While on his second run, Svancer lost his right ski just as he launched off a ramp. He had already started his rotation and continued to complete a 1080 and landed facing forward on with just one ski. He ended up getting second place in the final, finishing behind Birk Ruud of Norway. (Production: Kurt Michael Hall)
